Flavor Profile:

The fruit of the prickly pear cactus is tart and just a tad sweet, almost like a melon in flavor. We take the jewel of the desert and turn it into a kombucha worth its crown.


Kombucha tea: (filtered water, black tea, green tea, organic cane sugar, kombucha culture), prickly pear fruit puree, hibiscus leaves.
